hIIT
HIIT training stands for High Intensity Interval Training – a form of cardiovascular exercise. HIIT training is great for those who are short on time as a way of maximising your time spent in the gym. If you find continuous training monotonous, HIIT can be a great choice as the constant change of pace can keep you engaged throughout your workout.
METAFIT
Metafit focuses on exercise techniques and old-school functional bodyweight movements. Metafit sessions aim to work multiple muscle groups across the body in under half an hour. No need to figure out whether it’s arm or leg day. Because it’s always both. A typical Metafit class combines old-school bodyweight exercises with high-intensity interval training. Think push-ups, squats, planks, burpees, plyometric lunges, and squat jumps. Metafit workouts also use variations on standard bodyweight movements. For example, introducing a lateral movement or jump to add intensity.
cIRCUITS
Circuit training is a workout that involves rotating through various exercises targeting different parts of the body. Focusing on different muscle groups in a short amount of time is an effective exercise that can be incorporated into a healthy lifestyle. With circuit training, you will complete each set of exercises for a certain number of repetitions, or times. Then, you’ll move to another activity for the same amount of repetitions or time with little or no rest in between.
lEGS, BUMS, TUMS
Legs, bums and tums is a full body aerobic workout that aims to tone up those flabby areas of your thighs, bum and stomach, great for those who want to lose weight or even for those who simply want to improve their fitness levels.
TABATA
TABATA fitness is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. It involves performing exercises at maximum intensity for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated for a total of 8 rounds, making the entire workout just 4 minutes long. This method is designed to improve both aerobic and anaerobic fitness, boost metabolism, and burn fat efficiently in a short period.
MUMMY & BABY
Mummy and Baby fitness classes offer baby-friendly workouts tailored for pre and postnatal fitness. These classes focus on helping new mothers regain strength, improve flexibility, and enhance overall well-being while incorporating gentle, safe exercises that can be done with their babies. The workouts are designed to accommodate the physical changes and recovery needs of new mothers, providing a supportive environment to bond with their babies and other mums.
